Rigid Heddle Weaving 5/5/24

$80

Learn how to weave on a rigid heddle loom. This weave-a-scarf in a day class will teach you how to warp a rigid heddle loom, weave, fix basic mistakes, and finish your scarf. Because this class runs for most of the day, we will take a 30-minute break for lunch. It is highly recommended that students pack a lunch as many local restaurants take longer than that to get orders ready.

If you own a rigid heddle loom, please make sure it is in good condition and has the warping peg and other tools required. You will need a 8-dent reed. If you do not own a loom, please add the loom rental fee to this class and we will provide a loom for you to use. (If you want to buy your loom after the class, your rental fee will be applied to the purchase of your loom.)

Do you want to take this class with a friend or as a group? Please call the shop to register so we can make sure there are enough spots. 517-203-4467
