Knit 101 Day 9/24

Learn to knit at Woven Art! You will learn how to make a dishcloth using knit and purl stitches, and along the way build the skills needed to complete future projects. This class is great for beginning beginners or people returning to the craft after years away.

Skills learned: Cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, tinking, cast off, weaving in ends.

 

Supplies needed: 1 skein of dk to worsted weight cotton, US 7 needles (circular or straight), scissors, pen or pencil.

Recommended yarns: Universal Yarns Cotton Supreme solids or speckles, Zauberball Crazy Cotton (Starke 6).
