Monday Sweater Club Day

So you want to make a sweater. And maybe you have never made one before. Or you have, but get stuck on the tricky bits. This class is custom fit to all students to get help on what you are knitting or crocheting.

The Monday Sweater Club meets most Mondays during the fall semester, (no meetings on October 12 or November 16th). You bring your pattern and swatch to your first session, or if you prefer to have instruction from the very beginning, come to class with a pattern and we will have you swatch under our supervision.

Making your first sweater? We recommend (for knitting): Classic Cardigan by Tin Can Knits, Flax Sweater or Cardi by Tin Can Knits, and Classic Raglan Sweater by Jane Richmond. For crochet: Pretty Plain Raglan, Classic Raglan Cardigan, etc. Don't like our choices? We recommend starting on a sweater using yarn that is a DK (3) or Worsted (4) weight.

Sign up PER SESSION you wish to attend, you can start any time.
